Visit this Ecuadorian Archipelago
Let's Discuss This amazing Destination...Have you been?
This destination has been on my bucket list for over 20 years. Situated in the Pacific Ocean some 1,000 km from the South American continent, these 19 islands and the surrounding marine reserve have been called a unique ‘living museum and showcase of evolution. The Galapagos Marine Reserve is an underwater wildlife spectacle with abundant life ranging from corals to sharks to penguins to marine mammals. No other site in the world can offer the experience of diving with such a diversity of marine life forms that are so familiar with human beings, that they accompany divers.
There have been many places around the world that I feel lucky to have experienced that offer spectacular wildlife indigenous to the destination. Places that come to mind are Kenya, South Africa, the Great Barrier Reef, Alaska, the Amazon Basin, and Costa Rica, but I look forward to seeing the splendor of the Galapagos.
Have you been there? What do you think?
